The Name TRAGS is synonymous in Qatari market over a quarter century, although the name (abbreviated from Trading & Agency Services Ltd.) no longer reflects the full range of company's activities.

Established in 1972 with a prime objective of marketing activities, the company then diversified its activities in line with country's growth, needs and achieved tremendous success in the field of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentataion, Contracting, specially for the Industrial maintenance of oil and gas sectors. Other activities include Road markings,Road Signs and safety barriers etc.

The company has an exclusive workshop facility to fabricate and supply GRE, GRP, Concrete and HDPE pipes for onshore and offshore isntallations, managed by qualified Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians.

The Company's Trading Division caters the needs of number of industries by supplying products such as Industrial Pumps for Oil and Gas, Tubing and Casing, Air/Chemical Filters, VC/DI/RC Pipes and Fittings, Office Furniture, Kitchen Units, Decoration Services etc.

At present the Company employs over 800 permanent multidisciplined workforces and possess its own accomodation and fleet of transportation.
